LOST Experience: ROT Password 7/21
On July 21st, the Retrievers of Truth password was changed again. By using the same method as the prior two passwords, the new password can be found embedded in the source code of the cover page.
By using a Base 64 translator, gamers found the new password, “Steinbeck” (Case sensitive).
It was also reported that members of ROT were contacting people on AIM, and giving them the clue “Pedro Armendariz”. They indicated that gamers needed to; “focus on his work, not his life”. It didn’t take long for gamers to figure out that he was in a movie adaptation of “The Pearl” written by John Steinbeck, titled “La Perla”.
