Hansoexposed.com Tech Support: The Mystery of the Disappearing Frag
I’m sure that I’m not the only one having problems with the site saving my sequence correctly after adding new frags. Here is a procedure that I have found that helps remidy the problem with the disappearing frags.
1. Put the frags in the order that you want them, and save.
2. Next, watch the video making sure to note which clips are being left out.
3. Go back to the editor, remove the clips, leaving the space that they occupied empty, and save the sequence.
4. Now, re-insert the frags, and save again. They should all show up in your sequence after that.
