Upon close examination of the of the job descriptions, you will notice that certain letters are printed in grey.

In order of appearance on the letters, they are: ns lut mIe mA ya

When you work the letters a bit we find that they are another anagram, which comes out to: Inmate Asylum

Now, we go to the Board of Directors page and enter the newly discovered password.

In the following documents, we find out that even more of the Hanso Executives have nefarious pasts.

Password: SURVIVORGUILT

Enter the password in the hidden login under Peter Thompson’s picture.

After you’ve logged in, you will now see a a bunch of papers on a desk. As you move your mouse around the screen, you will find three documents at the top of the screen sticking out from under the pile of papers on the desk. When you’re mouse is over them, the document will be highlighted by a spotlight. From left to right, they read “Nuclear”, “Tobacco”, and “Globoco Oil”.

Nuclear:

2001 was in the process of making sure the citizens of Southern Georgia got their glow-on by bullyragging the locals courts into ignoring widespread protests against a nuclear power plant when he was struck by cancer — looks like Alvar Hanso saved the wrong guy!

Notice the ghost figure that appears in the screen, possibly Marvin Candle from the Orientation film.

Williamsburg Tobacco:

Notice that the option that you previously visited is not scratched out.

1994 Defended the Williamsburg Tobacco Company against a class action lawsuit on behalf of cancer victims: set a new precedent for corporate vindictiveness by counter suing and driving over 40 plaintiffs into bankruptcy!

There are a series of faint images that flash on the screen when you first get to the Tobaco screen. The first thing that flashes on the screen is the phase “Don’t believe his lies”, followed by the following images:

This Picture was actually a transparent jpg within the swf. It’s not that you can’t see the body, it’s been cut from the graphic.

The final image is, again, the faint image of Marvin Candle.

Globoco Oil:

Notice, again, that the option that you previously visited is not scratched out.

1998 defended Globoco Oil… and successfully made the world safe for chemical polluters and dumpers of carcinogenic industrial waste in the Florida panhandle — the incidence of cancer in the affected areas has grown by 75%!

After you’ve gone through all three options, you return to the desk, and a final message appears before you are returned to the Bios page.

UPDATE:
There has been quite a bit of discussion as to the wearer of the labcoat in the pictures. It is the general concensus that it is Marvin Candle. The following is probably the best argument in favor of this belief.

After getting the password from letyourcompassguideyou.com, access the Executive’s Bios page on the Hanso site, and enter it into the new login on the Hugh McIntyre pager.

Note that unlike the other passwords, this password will not work if you remove the spaces.


Take note of the highlited phrase “Deeply committed to family values.”


Once you login, Persephone logs on with a new revelation. After the short time, a video loads which shows a woman who Persephone implies is the woman that Hugh McIntyre is having an affair with.

By clicking on the video, the screen now blacks out, and miscellaneous objects begin to fall (bubbles, credit cards, diamonds, pink cards, euros and pills).


Take note that the credit cards are “Visa” cards. Could Visa be another corporate sponsor of the ARG?

Here is a recap for the latest hidden section of the Hanso site that went live today. This section starts out with the clock found in the upper left of the site. First reports say that it changes when the time hits “16:42″, notice the use of the numbers, however, it is possible that the link opens whenever the time consists of two of the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42. However, according to koralis from the Fuselage, it’s easier than that. The link is on a timer, which triggers on the 15th or 42nd minute of every hour. I tested this out, and sure enough, the link activated at 9:42, 10:15, and 10:42. Basically it triggers once every half hour.

If you happen to be logged on to the Hanso site at the appropriate time, simply click on the clock when it reads “OB:EY”. Once you click on the clock, a window pops up with the link to: www.sublymonal.com.

When the main screen loads, you will have six screens arranged in a dharma pattern. Starting from the top, simply click the screens in corresponding order according to the numbers: 4 8 15 16 23 42. As you open each screen, the screens will rotate counter-clockwise until you open all the screens.

Once you have opened all the screens, the six screens start to spin, and fly away. Then the following screen loads.


Click on the hidden link under: “Sublymonal Message Unlocked”.

The link takes you to the “Executive Bios” page. Open the Thomas Mittelwerk page, and enter the password: “heirapperent” into the login next to his picture, and you will be taken to a hidden page.


Notice that when you enter “Heir Apparent” the date box in the upper left hand corner changes to “21:12 05/04/06 THU”

After entering the code “Heir Apparent”, on the screen with the wheelchair and back of a blond female patient, I see these numbers (about half inch tall but dim) near the bottom of the screen. It is easy not to notice them since they are light grey on dark grey and outside the main black circle in the middle.

Take note of the hidden message about Gary Troup: “Gary Troup knows too much. He must be silenced”, which hints that the crash of flight 815 may have been, in part, planned as a means to “silence” Gary Troup.

Message writen at the top of the document: “Cal tech has no record of this guy in their Alumni database. He’s never made a tuition payment. Does he even have a college degree?”

With audio of a female voice: “Why does he call himself a “doctor”? Of what. Who is this clown?”

UPDATE: Some time during the morning of May 10th, the site was updated, and the Cal Tech documents changed. The blue box with part of the Gary Troup message was removed as well as the entire hidden message.
