I have gone through the US phone message, and from what I can tell, the only thing that is different between the UK and US message, is that Persephone’s interuption is not on option one of the message.

NOTE: This is only based on my own observation. The Woman on the main menu sounds like she says Dr. Thomas “Skinner” Mittelverk. However, on Option Three, you can clearly hear Dr. Mittelverk say that his middle name is “Werner”.
